I’m so excited. I’ve been looking for the perfect mud run to do with my sister and sister-in-law, and we decided to sign up for the Dirty Girl Mud Run in the DC/Baltimore area on August 10. The location is uber convenient for us, but in general even if you’re not nearby it’s easy to get to. And the race is women-only, which is good for the least amount of embarrassment possible for our first mud run. My sister has recently taken up running (she’s one of us now, mwa ha ha!) and it will be her first race of any kind.
